Stop Flowering - Cannabis-World

A few days ago one of my dumbass friends thought he knew what he was doing and switched my light cycle to fall way to early, (about a month and a half into growth) and I did not notice it until today (apparently 3 days). I wanted to know if anyone knows if switching the lighting back to 18-6 will put the plants under too much stress or if it will be fine. Thanks
