String verification very annoying, took me a dozen tries, almost decided not to join - Cannabis-World

If you're going to be paranoid against bots and such and require string verification, I think it would be wise to at least have an option wherein one can request a new string. Having to retype your password and guess a string gets pretty annoying, particularly when the strings for this site are incredibly difficult to read. I have 20/20 vision, and like I said, it took 14 tries to get the string right.

This site has had multiple spam-bot attacks so I see the need for a harder string verification but it would be nice to pick another. Then again the bots would likely just move to a new one too until they found one they could read.

HELP.. I've joined, but have not gotten the verification email yet and can't post to some things. I tried joining again with a different email address and the same thing happens. No verification email. I do NOT have a bulk email box for spam. I have it set to come to my inbox and just label it spam if it thinks its spam. Please advise. I would like to post some questions. It let me post here for some reason. Also, I'm not sure who to contact. I've been through the FAQ and nothing there about what to do if you do not get the email once you sign up. It just says check your bulk email, no one to contact or try to resend.

OK... weird.... I can post now. I sent some private messages to a few people, maybe someone did something. Still did not get the verification email, but I can post now and also change profile, which I couldn't do before.
