it's simple take your target female(s) into a room with no airflow, then go to a safe area where you have your pollen and touch your index or middle finger to some collected pollen on a sheet of waxpaper, a sheet of glass or what have you... then lightly rub your index finger, middle finger and thumb together to distribute the pollen... then go back to your target female(s) and touch the pistils on the buds that you would like to produce seed, each pistil makes one seed
when you have touched enough buds dip your hands in a pail of water, throw your clothes in the washing machine and go have a shower and...
leave the target female(s) in the still room for 2-8 hours, then come back later and mist thoroughly to kill all pollen
