CBD content is a function of plant genetics. It either manufactures THC or CBD from its CBG precursor. You can simply pick a strain with the cannabinoid balance that you prefer.

You can fractionate out the extracted essential oils, but those are involved processes requiring an equipment investment.

Easiest to turn the CBD into THC by isomerizing with sulfuric acid, or into THC Acetate by refluxing with acetic anhydride.

Isomerized oil comes off sort of flat without the CBD, but because the THC Acetate passes the blood brain barrier so much faster, it arrives all at once, instead of coming on. It is probably no more potent, but it still draws Wow's when we panel test it.
