Bubbleman used to have a raw food restaurant. I miss the vegan lasagne and cocoa loco smoothies. Peace GS

Too bad it's not still around GS, sounds wonderful. Yeah dpn i still eat cooked meat especially right now because of my living arrangements but I find it is more important to stay away from bad combinations of proteins and starches in the same meal so just meat and green salad together. I am very strict on not eating refined sugar or grains and this has been serving me very well lately in terms of energy and feelings of well being. Just over five years ago I was on anti-depressant medication, I kicked the meds and took St. Johns wort for a few years when needed but through proper diet and exercise I haven't needed anything at all for about a year (well, maybe a little cannabis :D ), even in the short days of winter. My doctor told me I would be on meds for life and I may as well just get used to it.

Lol, erin continued on his own way after all that. He has a place called Gorilla Food, http://www.gorillafood.com/, its down on Richards and Dunsmuir. I highly recommend the Ahimsa Alfredo made with zucchini noodles.
