Bram

Hey all. Got my seeds started (for the most part) for this years outdoor crop. The hopes are for lots of different flavours and finding some stellar moms for next year. I am doin' a hodgepodge of Swamp Heroin, Dwarf, Black Gold x Dwarf, HOrnby Island Skunk, Black Gold x HIS, Timewarp x Automatic Indica, Mango x Afghan, Mango x C99, Godbud, VI Dutch, Blackseed, Lebanese, Nigerian, Guerilla Gold #2, Space Traveler. I also will be starting some Early Brambles in a little bit.

I can see that you are down with the "outdoor madness" like me. LOL. Nice looking little seedlings. It's cool to see you have some of my GG#2s ready to go as well. I just got my seedlings planted in one inch rockwools (pre sprouted). So, in about two weeks mine go outside.

Well, good luck with the grow,

Bram

All I know on the bramble is that it will be done anywhere from the middle of august to the first week of sept depending on pheno. I am also goin to attempt some Kandahars outside as well. Probably wont finish yet, but hopefully I can get some viable seeds and start acclimating it to our area.

Hey Bram,
Nice looking seedlings man! Where did you get your Early Bramble?? From AAA seeds perhaps?? I got some of their early bramble also. I'm hopping they are right on there harvest times.
If you guys look at Greens pics, his Guerilla Gold is the same genetic make up of the Early Bramble, the only difference is they have been heavily selected and I beleive are F4 now. The EB is Early Gold x (Mighty mite x Auto Afgani).
Have fun with those Bram I know I will :)

Bram
05-11-2006, 06:55 PM
I didn't buy my seeds, but unless my source don't care about people knowing they came direct from that person, I will not say. what I will say is that the Early Brambles should kick some ass and do just what I was told they should do.

Would be nice to see what were aiming for.

Bram
05-13-2006, 07:52 PM
I definitely will. I am curious bout the mango x afghan too. But I think that the Mango x C99 is gonna be super fuity. Woke up this mornign to find 2 more females had shown amongst the timewarp x auto indie.

Cool stuff, looking forward on following your madness! Let us know of the % rates on the autowarp. :)

Bram
05-15-2006, 05:51 AM
So far there are 4 females that have shown and 5 males that I pulled. And I had 70 or so to start so that makes about a 12 % ratio at the 4th node of growth. It loooks like there a few others that might show in the next bit and some that still look like they are vegging, but we will see.

hey man. Thanks for dropping by. I am actualy on ym way to Denamn today to dao a job. There is without a doubt a STRONG relationship between the HIS and the original Purple Skunk. One pheno of HIS smells exactly like God but even more pungent. One of my buddys also has some local mighty mite seeds going, but we still have to see if its the real deal. If your ever on the Island again Joe, drop me a PM.

Bram

no. it came from a hippy who is really old. I think, tho am not sure that it is Purple Skunk x Afghan (of some sort). this is cuz the main pheno smells like Godbud/Purple Skunk but even more pungent; and the other rarer pheno smells like afghan. thats it.

Caddis, the only info you will find on Swamp Heroin for awhile is right here. I will put up some new pictures of them in the next day or 2.

Blue, I would be ballsy enough to try and say its pure sat. It just looks tooo much like a thai to be tainted, but who knows, its an old strain so alot of work could have already been done to it. I know what you mean about them sticking out too. I can always tell which ones are the SH right away. Its the most pure looking sativa in my collection growing out at the moment.

Destroyer is a heavily worked cross of Meao Thai and an inbred Mexican/Columbian. Its put out by the boys over at Cannabiogen...who along with A.C.E. I've heard many good things about. Next time I buy seeds I think its going to be from one or both of those two seedbanks.

The swamp Heroin is awesome, I take a pic of the last bud before it gets smoked. I am changing its name to Island Thai, my reason is 1) I dont like the heroin part of the name, 2) its obviuosly got more then abit of thai in it, and 3) it finishes on the island. The autowarp is nice and fruity, with a pleasant uplifting buzz on the testers. My mango x highland afgan choice female went hermie on me, the only queers I dont like. She woulda been real nice if she hadnt started to switch.

mine are done cuz i root bound them in beer cups and had them flowering in early june already. no piccies, sorry, but I am sure someone else will be commenting on the Island Thai that we smoked together earlier today. Mine looked like minature single cola versions of yours. nice and crystally, with a lemony/piney flavour and smell. more piney in the smell. varies wit the pheno too, some are really lemony. typical fluffy thai bud structure.

Yeah Bram, hehe, by the sounds of the high, "thai" seems much more appropriate than "heroin". It sounds like some good stuff and can finish early too. Sounds good to me...

Did you see my auto timewarp pics? If not, check them out and the GG ones too....

I like that auto timewarp. The shorty pheno with the big cola turned out really nice, the tiny ones were good too, and I'm just waiting on the big later phenos. Yeah, I like that uplifting high with a good rush. The fruity smell and taste is great too. Those later ones look like they'll still be early around Sept 20 something.

Greens

Bram
08-25-2006, 03:09 AM
yes the autowarps are very nice. yours are way nicer looking then mine tho cuz they suffered similar neglect as the island thai early on, plus planted with no nutes :( Still some nice lookin little girls tho. Nice fruity smell, but I got one that is a bit kushy looking in the bud and just kinda in the smell.

Greens
08-25-2006, 03:42 AM
Is this the pheno you are talking about? It's still pretty small but has a more robust cola than the tiny pheno. It's still much smaller and much earlier than the large pheno.

The pistils turned pinkish before I harvested it...

Treefrog = Purple Pineberry (slightly different cut then the norm I guess). I am digging the tarping, it lets you finish those pure sativas outside where they normallly wouldnt finish :)

treefrog is basically the same as pineberry but a more compact plant with a better leaf to calyx ratio

Under the tarps we are down to 2 Love Potions, 3 Lemon thai/nepalese, 3 nam blacks, and 2 Willie Nelsons for the females, and 3 Lemon Thai/nepalese males and 4 C99 males over in the male patch. yeah, the big island thai bush is a purple stem one, we got some cuts of her and some sisters rooting. Everything else in the ground is just starting to trigger really. I am kinda surprised the timewarps werent flowering already a few weeks ago.

Things are looking good, will take some new pics and update later tonight. We cut most the nam black and the lOve Potions last week due to mold encroaching to fast on them. the purple love potion pheno was done, but the green one which was more lemony still needed another week and abit, but oh well. Found the nam black to grow alot leafier outside then in, but noticably more potent with nice hang time. I must say, there is absolutely nothing to compare to an outdoor sativa buzz imo. I think you guys will like the timewarp close ups too, they are looking pretty freakishly glandular.

Auto-warp (hashplant pheno) This plant had a very leafy open structure in comparison to others, low yielding tasty smoke.

albi, the lemon thai x nepali are delicious. Some have a lemon meringue flavour and one has a lemon peelings flavour to it. Had to pick a week or so early as they had started to re-veg but still very nice smoke imo. wicked buzz.

Caddis the will-e was tarped and cut as of today. She went 11 weeks, woulda left her 12 but with the weather the way it is there was no point as she had really really really slowed down. Smells delectable like hazelnut wood and papayas. I think you will enjoy.

the island thai I am finding really needs alot of intense sunlight consistently or it starts to go ropey. All of our island thai plants are ropey to one degreee or another, no nice tight spearshaped buds like last year. also I am fininding they dont like too damp a ground, it also makes the buds looser and stretchier. other then that they look amazing and the only thing perverted about them is what they do to your head after smoking;)

Timewarps are purple as fuck. I am finding my timewarp is chunkier rounder buds then your guys plants even though its the same cut. I think the reason for this was we gave them big bud at the beg of flow. and of veg. Is there a possibility this made the plants focus more on resin production then extra bud production? any thoughts?

Ya as Caddis states previously Speedy has light perversion from the city affecting things. Your right about this one not being chunky. Nothing chunky about it, just uninterrupted colas and lots of them. I love this planty. I see a group puffdown coming in the future. Peace GS

Heavens yeah. Looks awesome. I have a question for ya Green. I live in the states and don't have access to the timewarp. Do you or any of your friends have any experience with any of the seedbanks versions? I know Next Generation has one and I just saw a company called Secret Valley that has a texada hybrid? Time Bomb of course too (but blueberry tends to dominate things sometimes).

Anyways, good job to everyone who contributed to this thread!

Oh ya have seen beauties in a greenhouse on the west coast of B.C. I exxagerate NOT it was spectacular herbs. As you stated the Blue can sometimes walk on the Warp, but find that pheno and you are laughing. Had the Blue structure and Timewarp high and a taste that combined both. Peace GS
