Any one here good at throwing knifes?

So my grampa showed me how to throw knifes like a gaitano "knife throwing with lots of spin".
recently learned a ll spetsnaz knife throwing & and the overhand throwing no spin... :) any one have any tips or suggestions on how any of you throw knifes or a nice place to find quality throwers?

when i was younger, we would use the "no-spin" technique and sharpened standard screwdrivers for throwers. no spin`s great! i had a buddy who could throw plastic credit card type things with great accuracy and enough force to lay you open..

My goals 1. is land on target,3 knifes from the waist in under 2.5 seconds.
2. to land them with enough force to puncture a human sternum .
3. to hit moving targets while running or moving.
