ICMag.com forums will be suspended until 1500 hrs GMT on May 6, 2006. The forums will be re-opened for new registrations at that time as well. All previous member bans will be lifted over the next few days. Operation of the boards will continue as normal, with the exception of the addition of a free speech forum, and a lighter view towards censorship. Thank you all for your patience during this time. CW never was closed. WE ... were just siteless for a bit. THAT has been attended to quite well... thank you all who participated in that ... hr

CW is dead. The core growing/teaching members are here already, with a few exceptions still outstanding. The breeders are not, but I figure it will take a while for them to gravitate back. The lack of C-bay won't really help in that respect either.
But C-W lives! And better than ever in my mind, with attentive sys-admins and upgrades and changes in the works. Why would any of us go back to the old CW for any reason other than as a resource/library?

Many of the best breeders ARE here(not me).
And many of us with alot of experiance and know how, and the ability to teach it to others.

This site will reopen in the next few hours.
Many will have questions regarding recent events; your questions will be addressed in time. For now you can rest assured that I am at the helm and hope to be able to steer the IC Mag website on a positive, constructive, and progressive journey again for you all to learn, laugh, and enjoy.
IC Mag is purely a site for those to express their relationship with cannabis, the growth, use, and joys of, so I suggest that every member keep this in mind and stay completely on that topic.

ray-methinks this IS the REAL CW-many familiar faces, all be it, often under new handles.
i doubt if many will migrate to a site controlled by RC/Gypster and the gang...
At a glance, it seemed folks are walking on eggshells, over there...
I'd guess that many are logging in, only to delete their accounts...

How quickly they all forget the controversy over RC transferring OG/CW to Gypsy in the first place. Ah well, the sheep have been flocking to so many different SCANDALS :eek: and OUTRAGES :eek: related to that crew - who can blame them for losing track.
Anyways, there are folks who will flock to GN, just like ME has his crowd. And there are plenty who avoid them both like the plague. The revived sites will be GN sites with all that entails. The folks who like those environments are welcome to them and I wish them well.
OP is making veiled trademark threats over the CW name vs. C-W. Anybody else chuckling heartily? :D

you can call it Petunia World for all i care....the majority of the old CW are here and planning to stay and more of the old crew are coming back all the time.
i can't speak for OG and never really cared for it anyway but as far as the people are concerned, this is where we'll be from now on.
there won't be seedbanks here so there should be considerably less interest from LEO....i actually look at this whole fiasco as a blessing in disguise at this point.
