any one have experience with sensory deprivation and or mind machines"
light sound or biofeedback"?
I have had 2 models of light sound machine and think using them with sensry deprivation i could go deep inside.

For those who dont know light sound machines flash light on eyelids making psychedelic pasterns while using bi nero patterns to put you in any level of conscientiousness programed to. so pretty mush allowing a lay person to deep as a person who practiced meditation years .. In pretty much 5 min.
A guy could actually use it for sleep and need less sleep .

Brainwave generator will pretty much do what you ask for. I just run at a constant pace for miles and get the same results. While the body is engaged the mind will play.

Yeah, but you can't kick a skunk in the middle of the night after being flashed by high beams and then stumbling over the bugger on the shoulder.

noticing differences in sleep habits i wake at 6am instead of 12 noon. more calmer clearer head. extremely useful and psychedelic.

Make magazine have been doing a mind machine kit, currently out of stock, way cheaper than off the shelf ones. It's based on a POV module (persistance of vison).

I'm after a Neurophone but the model with audio input is out of stock, I'm wondering how hard it would be to clone one. Seems to be a pink noise generator and pre-amp (for audio input) coupled to a 40Khz signal generator with tranducers at the output end.
