i just flushed my system, calibrated the tri-meter and added the usual GH flora micro and GH flora bloom and had a reading of 130+ then i added some liquid karma and GH nectar (all at apx 10 ml per g) when the nectar hit the res my numbers jumped to 170-180. is this normal. i tend to top off the res weekly without dumping. how can i top off the res with these wack numbers. i have never used nectar before...
also, i remember reading that airation is needed when running sweeteners. i have a large pump with 8 air stones that i used last year for a short time. should i put it into the res again and if so, why ?
