I also have a nice bottom zip of Cali sky beans :D Cali-o x calio bb, definitly gonna be a nice cali-o batch since its a backcross.

The beans I made from that round have all given 98-100% pop ratio on high amounts of beans. Very vigorously too. I believe the smoothies are a F1 tribrid, have a half z of those, lol

Right now tho, I'm gonna pop the m39 x calio bb :)

heard the cali-o is all taste, how do you find the effect?

Cali-O is a very nice mellow up head high, It gives u that euphoria and feel good feelin' without messing up ur capabilities, In fact pretty much like the genius you'll be sharp.

Its the perfect wake n bake daydream smoke. The kind you wanna start the day with.

Other then that the cali-o is extremely vigorous and frosty/appealing. The intense tangy citrus smell just tops it.

Those caracteristics make it very nice for breeding. With the superfunk I wanted to bring in berries and more potency, I think I succeeded, I've bring out the thick piney background of the superfunk to help the calio structure.

On the m39 cross I expect to find tasty vigorous early do'ers. The cali-o's vigor will definitly go well with the rock hard skunky background of the orignal QC m39 cut. I'll get many phenos but the indicas will definitly give some good early yield.

By the way the smell is very near what I desired, Phenos range from cotton candy/bubblegum aroma to citrusy to a more pungent, undescribable smell so far. Its between peachy pineapple and those handcrafted marshmallow bars they sold when I was young. The pink/strawberry one. lol. Its very subtile.

I know its complicated but its all relative since I've noticed mutations in the smell ever since day 1. They also react strongly to organics versus synthetics.

Those ladies are doing really good even with small root space. Packin it big time at ~ 30 days, flower was started nov. 4 :)

Theres a sativish pheno that has the exact same bud structure of the strawberry superfunk but with a cotton candy bubblegum smell, very interesting.

Well theres 4 babes already KIA, Ya i did it, Fn indica skunky citrus early compact dank pheno, couldnt resist lmao. The smoke reminded me of the a-11~g. it was that lemony/citrusy. They were way to short n shaded by the rest of the team tho.

I do however have a couple of em left with a few leafs, i should definitly reveg them I think :D

Update,

After sampling the stock throughly, I can definitely say the "smooth" cali-O high is a thing of the past for the Smoothie. Feedbacks of "extremely trippy high" supported my old suspicions of Haze been in the parenthood of the strawberry superfunk. One Pheno definitely had that haze thing going on. All phenos where narcotic hitters, strong "fuely" vapor type of smell with shades from berries to citrus to chrystally/hashy for the most part. Once cured however the sweetness reached for some air.

There was also one very nice early skunky/citrus pheno. The rest was quite uniform in terms of 50/50 indy sat ratio. Very nice, sometimes quite heavy, colas.

I'll attach a few pictures from the test grow by a old CW friend, in coco nonetheless :P
