Vertical garden questions

I have a Hydrohut mini 39''x39'',a 400wt hps light with a cool-tube if needed.My strain likes lots of root space so im most likely going with 5 gal. pots (8).This would leave me a space of 15''(total) in the middle.Do you think i'll have to use the cool-tube?How tall should i grow them(they dont strech much)?I'll also rotate plants one half turn per day.Thanks in advance.

Also,how high would I hang the 400watt light.Anybody?Where are all the vert people?

I'd do 4 10 gal

The mogul base should be at the top of the plant,and use the tube
