The president should always be the sole interpreter of any constitution...ESPECIALLY DURING WAR, ARSEHOLES! Why are the left wingnuts always such little bitches anyway?

I prefer the tradional method of having the Surpreme Court make those decisions. It was never the duty of the CIC to perform this function and for obvious reasons. Congress and the Presidency are much to steeped in the politics of the day be trusted! Just my .02 cents
