This entire video is taken completely out of context and is rather tricky the combination of Clorox and water plus some time in the sun do not create a new source of light, that is just crazy.

They just cut a hole and used the bottle as a skylight and clorox keeps the water clean.

are you sure islandgrow . I thought it might be phosphorus,like the ones on sea turtles. it looked like a light.I thought it would be like an energy charge or something from the sun.

your are right, in the first second you can see the tops of the bottles sticking out of the roof.
