Go to your local Loblaws, Canadian Superstore or whatever Loblaws owned chain is nearby and go to the kitchen gadgets section and get the stainless steel turkey baster, the one that has a needle that screws in the end. Then snip the needle off with a pliers and drill out the hole just big enough that the butane can tip fits, get a ring clamp and some coffee filters and waa-laa you on your way to BHO bliss.

Lungus, I live in europe.
Gourmet kitchen stores should have stainless turkey basters or if you have anyone close who is handy with a welder use a stainless bicycle seat stem and weld a cap on one end with a tiny hole for the butane nozzle which will work very well also.
I woul dsay it is definitely cheaper making oil with butane once you have the hang of it. A $3 dollar can usually does 2-3 runs through a tube which can work out to as much as 5+ grams of oil per can of butane, and all nice clear honey oil too :)

[quote][Not sure about the coffeefilters though./QUOTE]
Two coffee filters put over the end of the tube and held on with a hose clamp will work just fine.
