do certain varieties of Cannabis require X amount of heat in order to mature properly, and also do they require X amount of light as well?

To mature properly, do you mean to maximize potential, or just to finish?

I would have to say YES to both.
Although cannabis will finish given minimal heat and minimal light.
To mature to its full potential, it would require higher levels.

What is the maximum index and the minimum index for each strain????
And what is the ideal level? What level produces the largest yeild?
What level produces the ideal resin profile?
