i was just wondering....would trichomes pass through a silk screen that ha 124 holes per linear inch...thanks...p

Not sure exactly as silk screen is measured in microns. It also depends on trichome size. Bubble bags go as small as 25 micron but the 45 micron will work fine and should catch almost all trichomes.

Indicas usually have bigger glands then sativas.

Are you making bubblehash?
try some dry siev passes and see if the trichs fall through.

thanks kali...big ups on the reply...much appreciated...and yeah...im attempting to make bubblehash...i bought a zip of some decent schwagg ground it up in a blender with some ice and water...and poured it into mason jars theu a tea strainer...the reason i was asking...was because i wanted it to be my last filter the trichs would pass thru before they hit the coffee filter for the final extraction of water..i tried a "dry siev pass"...only minimal trichs came thru..thats why i decided to do it this way..thanks

Silk can also be rated in mesh as well as in microns....
i.e.: I use a 90 or 110 as a first filter and a 280 to retain the trichomes....
