Some bigger pics of the bed
Nice and cool to keep them stocky
12-28-2007, 05:28 PM
Roots just starting to come out of the cups (Ebb & Flow)
Nice stocky stems due to 24hr lighting.
12-28-2007, 05:34 PM
It's a basic Ebb & Flow with a hand made 8' x 4' bed lined with two layers of thick plastic.lighting is two 1000w MH aircooled hoods.
I will flip them into flower as soon as the majority are hitting the 6th node. They are at node 5 now.As they sex I will remove the males to open up the space for the females.Males will go into another room for selection and I can then move the females in with the selected males in a small cupboard breeding chamber, then after a mist down and a 24 hr wait I can pop them back into the main bed to finish off.
You can get a 1000 seeds a plant in this way.
12-28-2007, 07:33 PM
wow that's awesome!
12-28-2007, 08:03 PM
The outdoor seed stocks were getting drastically low so we should now have a decent stock to ensure everyone gets a chance for some early outdoor for this coming summer.
I'll adjust the lighting to duplicate the sun in mid July for the first two weeks of flower that way I can find the early starters then drop it down again to find the September finishers.
I was looking at the Nepalese and it's the first time I have seen branches coming out of the very first cotyldons.........Freaky!
very nice :farm:
are the early oregon's basically autos?
is the sweet blue cheese = sweet skunk/blueberry x cheese?
I'll adjust the lighting to duplicate the sun in mid July for the first two weeks of flower that way I can find the early starters then drop it down again to find the September finishers
how will you do this? just by using more mh for longer?
12-28-2007, 08:13 PM
Early Oregon is three(there is a "B" version as well) lines of the same Afgani strain Line bred down by the same folk who gave me the Oregon 90 a few yrs back.they say the line is over 20 yrs old. They have just followed the earliest plants each year slowly drawing back the finishing times. All the plants look identical at the moment but I'm told that there are three different tastes and structures. They are not auto.
Sweet Blue Cheese is The UK Cheese x Sweet Blue from Breeder Steve. The last 9 seeds ever so I will be doing F2's from this.Super headie with a killer taste! A 9.5 for sure and I don't say that often

wonderful uniformity, nice even canopy.
looks great, make sure to keep this thread up dated:)
12-29-2007, 09:16 PM
WOW! A thread for the history books.
The SweetblueCheese looks like it is very vigorous.
Its hard to tell though, cause all those plants look very happy!
All the outdoor growers world wide scream..........Biggups Cannarchist!
12-29-2007, 10:20 PM
I have the Farmers almanac and will be adjusting the light timer schedule to duplicate daylight hours in July and August at 50 deg nth.If you just slam them into 12/12 we will not be able to detect the plants that start to flower early in natural daylight.I'm not sure how to take into account the twilight hours but this is the first time I have attempted this experiment.
Roots are now pouring out of the cups as I switched the flood timing to 5 mins on 20 mins off.Once the roots are established I will lengthen the flood time to 10 on 50 off.I have a half inch overflow on the outpipe so that there is always nutes in the bed at all times.
wicked awesome man. they look jivin'. it will be interesting to see how much purple comes out inside with the autowarp.
Are the early timewarps auto-flowering? is the nepalese an outdoor variety?
12-30-2007, 08:02 PM
THE Timewarp is not autoflower. Peace GS
no GS your right, but some of its hybrids are. which is what dpn is talking about I think.
could you please give me a little smoke report on the oregon?
i always wanted to try the timewarp x petrolia headstash when i was a reeferling :shh:
12-30-2007, 10:29 PM
is the nepalese an outdoor variety?
According to the United Nations International Narcotics Control Board Report 2003, "Cannabis grows wild in the high hills of the central, mid-western and far western parts of Nepal, where illicit crop eradication is expensive due to the difficult terrain." Officials find the mountainous areas difficult to access. What is more, they find it difficult to detect illicit crops since "they are interspersed among licit crops", points out the report.
trying to eradicate something that grows naturally :Noooo:
some people are so mindless it hurts my brain thinking about it
thanks for the link nuggdigger
12-31-2007, 01:49 AM
Cannarchist, Im thinking about your daylight experiment.............If you had floros for the first hour of your grow, then x #of hours daylight, then another hour of floros at the end.....................Ive read that the plants dont use that much light during the first and last hour of the day. This may be true, and may be due to the normal twilight plants are used to.
Best of luck with your project!!!!!!
01-01-2008, 03:09 PM
Im trying to breathe here....
very happy plants and the SBC ai ai ai!
01-03-2008, 04:18 AM
Not Tried the Oregon's yet dpn.....But the providers are super old skool west coast hippie types. They know their gear......I am just multiplying the seeds I got and testing this round.
SBC and Nepalese are the winners so far!
01-04-2008, 01:55 AM
I looked-up hardcore in the dictionary - found a picture of the Cannarchist... This thread is definitely a must watch!

Time to get those Oregons kicking Phrank.
Glad to have you along for the ride.
Bed is now ready to be flipped and I switched to pure Metanaturals for the bloom.
Plus Bat guano tea at week 3/4/5 for a flavour kick

01-04-2008, 03:26 AM
looking good there
look at them; me! me! me!
01-04-2008, 03:28 AM
Nice even canopy considering the variety of genetics. Good luck man. Peace GS
01-04-2008, 03:38 AM
Well I have 18 inches of bloom space for them to grow into.I can touch the bottoms of the aircooled hoods and they are quite cool.I am expecting it to go stadium style and will move the plants around to fit the space as they grow,(I seem to spend an hour or two each day moving them around and spinning the cups for max light coverage)
Ph is running 5.3 floating up to 6.4 over two days. The bed drinks 5 gal a day and I top up with fresh nutes to bring the Ph down each time.Lots of nice bubbles all the time.I use citric acid powder to do any final adjustments.
Probably doing 3 hrs a day on this one bed.Bottom pruning is beginning to get just a top cola in flower.
01-04-2008, 05:36 AM
Now those look like very happy plants! Someone loves his babies! So do we, keep it up!
01-04-2008, 10:34 AM
and so it begins....
I can hear the crowds now...."canny! canny! canny!"...or maybe that was the plants
01-05-2008, 05:24 AM
I can tell you love what you do cannarchist, and it shows :) best of luck and stay safe.

good show finally go to see you growing!
01-10-2008, 06:47 PM
Just pulled 50 auto males out.mostly the early timewarps.I will use the auto pollen on my sativas for use this summer.
01-16-2008, 01:34 AM
I am in shock! this is awesome stuff TC. you really know your game! makes my efforts seem woefully inadequate!
all the best
more pics more pics :joint2:
02-01-2008, 04:22 AM
The height I had was too little with that many plants crowded together so I have torn down that space and moved it onto the floor in the next room, also repotted into one gal pots.
80 Females made the cut along with 50 males,
The oregons are not quite the early flowering strain that was touted......but i have some exceptional early timewarp and auto timewarp males to make sure that they can be dragged down on the end date.
Will do pics at the weekend as I have limited computer access at the moment
02-01-2008, 06:34 AM
02-01-2008, 07:57 PM
Great work. We will have to test some Oregon outdoors and see if it doesnt react differently in nature.
what smells you get in your auto-warp males? they can be quite odiferous I found.
02-06-2008, 06:01 AM
7 AW F3 males were selected,Onto two lovely vigorous females.2 phenos in there for sure,i picked the best Fems of both,
02-06-2008, 06:55 AM
Very cool stuff, Ill be watching with great interest.
02-06-2008, 07:07 AM
We only had 25 of the autowarp F3 so it will be limited in it's selection capabilities, so there is still a good way to go.But we have the timewarp mother and that is what it is all about. Some annual backcrossing should get us a nice auto strain for the northern folk
these things take time
I had 3 phenos last year. One was very sativa looking leaves with some foxtailing to the buds. One was more indica dom and one in between the two. The sativa one smelled real timewarpy, the in between one had a mixd smell of that kinda apple like sweetness the warp as to t, but it had a grape kool-aid smell in there too with some spicyness. the indica dom one tasted and smelld the most grape kool-aidy and spiciness. All of them went purple regardless of temps.
02-07-2008, 07:47 AM
Very kool Cannarchist! Keep up the good work :)
02-08-2008, 02:57 AM
How tall did they get for you Bram? great info
Knee high, but they were in 1 gallon pots. when I grew the F2's the year before I had some in a patch that where between 5' and 6' tall.
is there going to be any tossing of pollen from auto males on any kandahar???:whistling:
02-10-2008, 04:24 AM
The Autowarp is nice looking but the Earlytimewarp I have is just putting it to shame.Earlier and bigger.definately an auto as well but further down the line than the AW F3.
i will be putting the earlytw onto all our select indoor clones
02-11-2008, 12:52 AM
Ok here are pics of the males in full flower.
Shot of the Room first

:headbang:yess man!!! I can not wait to see whats coming next in this thread!! I am fantasaising on how the girls may look........
the "oregons" looks killer! what kinda smells are they giving?? what are the difference....... just curios
02-11-2008, 06:31 PM
I feel a sneeze coming on...:tongue2:
those are some chunky leaves on them oregon's especially the A's
02-14-2008, 09:58 PM
I have finally got a little extra room to work with these. Have you seen enough yet to make any judgements, as I may only be able to squeeze in one or two of the three right now..? In any case, can pollen be mailed? I would love to cross some of those AutoWarps or Early Timewarps with some of our killer indoor strains. I have C99, AK47, Royal Hawaiian, and Sensi Star (Ogre pheno) that are killer, very reliable (no herms), and ready for immediate pollenation. Split the seeds 50/50. Just thinking. BTW, I will document the Oregon grow here for your feed back.
02-15-2008, 03:51 AM
Perfect time to send pollen over the winter months.I will take a fresh batch and get it ready for you Phrank.
All the Oregons look similar still but I'm leaning towards "C" on the stem rubs.Plus there were more good plants off the getgo. The "A"s suffered a bit of basal stem rot and I only had a few of the "B"'s to look at.The "C"s also had an early pheno that showed in the males.
Check your PM's
02-17-2008, 02:53 PM
Oregon Cs are in paper towels. Pics will start as soon as we get sprouts - even got my friend grrrl power to agree to do the photography. Good thing, as my skills in that department are sadly lacking. Man, I was surprised when my partner agreed to work with pollen. He was psyched after he saw this thread! I will also post a few pics of the girls who are soon to be impregnated.
Man this thread rocks! Lets see a shot of those ladies!!!
TC, what do you plan on crossing with what pollen?
02-18-2008, 08:00 AM
very nice thread!:headbang:
02-26-2008, 06:10 AM
so whats cooking?:stir:
02-26-2008, 05:40 PM
Yeah TC, more shots of the lab please!
02-27-2008, 05:29 PM
Hey Vc, what is the Timewarp cutting crossed with to make the "autowarp"?
Sure sounds nice, a timewarp that finishes before October!
Bodah, it was crossed to an autoflowering pheno out of some indica line being called a 'kush'.
02-27-2008, 10:13 PM
Thanks Bram, sounds like a good one for harsher climates. How have the tw traits carried through in the cross?
02-27-2008, 10:20 PM
Thats what they are trying to nail down. Peace GS
03-02-2008, 02:18 AM
Well lets get some photos from abefore I fell ill with the killer death flu......
These are all the pollinated buds I selected to get hit up with the EarlyTimewarp pollen.
First is the Earlytimewarp version 1 (easily the best of the two) looks and smells just like the TW herself.Frosty and sticky with the classic purpling .The crap camera doesn't do it justice but they are pretty good for an auto version of the TW.
03-02-2008, 03:06 AM
03-02-2008, 05:58 PM
Looks great VC...
has your flu passed yet TC? hows the project going? :hombre:
03-17-2008, 01:09 AM
The only decent thing that came out of that was those Early Timewarp.
But that was all I was looking for.
The "early" Oregons were not in any way.
Such is breeding
But I now have a fully auto strain that produces very nice buds in 90 days from start to finish so I think it was worth the time and money.I have already dropped the Eartly TW pollen onto a sativa to see if it would transfer and it flowered auto on the 7th node.So the auto gene is transferable.
03-17-2008, 07:59 PM
The Early Timewarp looks great! Good job TC!!:woohoo:
:boogie: cant wait to try those...
03-18-2008, 07:00 AM
Great work Cannarchist............hope to see those grown outdoors this summer!
I have already dropped the Eartly TW pollen onto a sativa to see if it would transfer and it flowered auto on the 7th node.So the auto gene is transferable
Hello TC, how did this sativa project work out for you? :)
04-21-2012, 10:08 PM
Is it okay for me to keep inbreeding - or do I need to add another strain for any reason ?
Just wondering - thanks
04-21-2012, 10:44 PM
inbreeding depression some say after f5 things can start going the other way....
