hi I,m new to this site.I have just recently registered with this site and also have been able to smoke again,after many years of dealing with the legal system.i got caught growing and now know that the rule tell no one is the key to freedom.it cost me years of my life and thousands of dollars in money.this is for newbies out there.grow for yourself and tell no one.if you do grow for dough,put plenty back for lawyer.you never know when the shit will hit the fan.BBS

Yes, the first rule is always the hardest and it is complicated to honestly follow. Growing is something to be proud of. But until the legal system gets its act together you will have to treat any grow-op like a black-op.

I have found it is better to abstract your growing, from your dealing as much as possible that way I can grow (in a undisclosed location) and make arrangements with couriers and dealers who have no knowledge of each other and no idea where the product is coming from, just pre-arranged drop locations.

Keep about 20% of all proceeds and put it into an "insurance account" to pay for legal retainers and the like, consider it a cost of just doing business. It is far better to have the capabilities of carefully selecting a savvy lawyer at ones leisure than to be in desperate straits and be forced to deal with just anybody that claims to be a lawyer. These negotiations are difficult when behind bars.

You can never truly know the complications that present themselves in the future, you can only make contingencies to cover as much of the uncertainties as humanly possible.

Bob, I would consider your dealing with the legal system the cost of your education (a.k.a. your tuition to the University of Hard Knocks). I had to pay it in failed crops, and not knowing enough about "root rot" before I lost thousands of dollars and wasted several months in fruitless endeavors.
