Scrog is nothing more or less than a trellis'ed grow, either flat or vertical.
Both work well and have their own issues.
Harvest yields are normally higher than 'climb to the sky' grows but do require
more attention. Sorta ya get what ya pay for or put into the effort.
How? well, read away and ask any and all questions you have.
The only stupid question is the one ya dont ask and your plants suffer or die because of it.
