A few things are needed for us to help. WE arent there, you are. YOUR input will only help a rapid resolution of any issue.
1. Type of grow, hydro or soil
2. Type and ratio of nutes or fertz
3. Size and location of bulb with timer settings.
4. Age and strain of the problem plants
5. Temperatures of nutes, soil, air.
