they are high in N...so be careful how much you use and when transplanting sensitve planty's into a mix containing them

they cost about £8 for a big bucket... i think i heard they contain alot of sodium??? just wondered if people avoided them for certain reasons? i plan to top dress, maybe make teas and experiment with EM to break them down for quicker availability. cheers.
