I'm relatively new to growing marijuana as this is my second grow. My first grow was easy enough, and that gave me the confidence to begin a second without much thought. Unfortunately my plants don't seem to be healthy, and I'm at a very early stage. I want to hurry and correct the problem as soon as possible, so I've come here for your help and below you will find a few pictures of my babies.

As you can see I only have them started in A-OKstarter plugs of grodan with a PH of about 5.8. The light is a regular 'shop light' fluorescent T8 (my T5 set up just came in yesterday). I will be moving them to a new space tomorrow morning when my roommate gets back to the house. Any recommendations as to how to fix this? I began adding nutes to the water yesterday as most of the tiny leaves were turning yellow. Was that a bad move?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

what are your temperatures?
looks like you gave them a bit too much ferts, they only need very mild ferts when they are young
also you need to get them closer to the light, that is why they are so stretched out, with a t8 they can almost touch the light, with a t5 they can get within a couple inches
in the future you will want to get that light as close as possible to the seedling as soon as it pops out of the soil, that will keep your plants nice and stout

Looking like too much liquid/nute in your rockwool .Gently pick them up and ,being careful not to harm the seedling, flick your wrist and get most of the water out.If you hand weigh a dry cube and a fully soaked cube ,you are looking for the mid weight between them.seedlings do not like wet feet.
Another thing you could do is pot them into plastic beer cups (with holes cut in bottom) with perlite.put an inch of perlite in at the bottom, place cube in,then whilst holding the stems fill up the rest of the cup.this will ensure a drier rootzone and help support the stem.
I'll wait to hear if you've been feeding them before making a nute recommendation.

Thanks guys! Lowering my lights and testing weight/water ratio in a second!

Ok, they were a little heavy with water so I'm reducing the watering. I'm feeding them Botanicare's Triflex system, but not very much at all. I understand the issue with the lighting, now hopefully I can figure out what caused them to yellow BEFORE ever feeding them any nutes. I have a feeling it was overwatering as the Cannarchist recommended.
Thanks again guys!

Try the repot onto a beer cup SIV,that'll sort them out and help raise them a bit.Three short flicks with the wrist to dry out the cube usually does it for me .

Hello fellow growers. It's been awhile since I've visited! I actually forgot I even posted here! The past months have been HECTIC! Anyway, no pics at the moment. I did add a new plant to my garden soon after my initial post however. A rather odd plant ;p . I found this odd plant growing on the bridge near my home while walking back from the store. I was in the hospital for about three weeks in May and during that time my roommate watched over my babies, however he just left the bridge weed outside... on its own. It's not nearly as pretty as the other two, but I just started jogging it so hopefully it will tighten up a bit over the next month or two!
Also, I started a few clones two nights ago in hopes these babies are actually female (pretty sure the arjan's is female) and then I can start my SOG :)
Ok so next post I'll include some updated pics of the clones!

Whoops, I just realized where this was posted. I'll start a journal or some sort once I figure out all about this site :P
