Im pretty sure Cannabis is still very illegal in Costa Rica! I wish it wasnt!
I wonder how acurate that map is?

yeah I think you are right there...I believe that belize city has decrim though, but only for 1 gram or less

fuck that dont go to costa rica IVe been there 6 times on surf trips.my buddy got cought with a bag from the locals and they put him in jail for 22 days.we were supposed to fly back too the states in 2 weeks.he lost his ticket time line to catch the flight. and we all had to get back too our jobs while our buddy sat in costa jail.and on top of it all they came back and searched our hotel room. and they carry machine guns. they look for americans basterds

How was the surf?

fucking going off!6 to 8 ft and glassy, every morning and afternoon.every thing is cheap too. the weed we had was almost black but really got us riped,If you ever go to to costa stay at the holiday Inn jaco beach ,cheap and every morning and afternoon they give you a buffet of fish Italian and the breakfest is the best I ever had,and all the while your upstairs looking right at the surf.the locals like you too.If you go too hawaii they hate you.And if you like tuna fish throw some cilantro in it ,wow really good. and If you like salsa I have the best recipe guarenteed you will ever have.all my friends think I should sale it,they beg me for it,and its relly cheap to make.I got the recipe from a porto rico chic I met that was passed down inn her family threw six generations.and it makes a lot.probably 3 jars worth.just pm me and I will give it too you guys.I wont give the recipe to my friends but you guys help me so much thats the least I can do.It will blow your mind.
