Two of my faves are Baraka and Microcosmos; And for good measure I have to toss in Ron Mann's WEED.

10 Items or Less (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0499603/) and Until The End Of The World (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101458/) come to mind
the 2nd one is pretty epic, if you can find the directors cut it is 4 hours 40 minutes
British movies are pretty good. Snatch is one of my favorite's.
Monty Python stuff I watched as a kid was probably what got me out of all the crap hollywood delivers.

Enjoy.

grosse point blank and war inc. wich is the sequel.
2 great John Cusack and Dan Akroyd movies.
First one is a parody of a hitman after gulf war 1 going to a high school reunion and the second well, pretty obvious :D
P.S: Hilary duff is the cutest piece of meat ever in war inc, lol, she's hilarious too.
P.S.S: no its not hollywood movie (maybe grosse point a lil), war inc is pretty much anti-hollywood anti-gov infact :)

Life aquatic with Steve Zissou, first movie that comes to my mind when I think of mellow.
Parody of jacques cousteau's life, with some parts to get cramps to. If you're high and follow the Bill Murray humor. It's a movie to watch on a calm evening with some good stock.

yea that movie is full of little*wink* messages. For instance just the name of the boat, BelaFonte, Harry Belafonte became famous singing commercialized calypso songs.
Cousteau's boat was the Calypso.
------------
Steve Zissou: Anne-Marie, do all the interns get Glocks?
Anne-Marie Sakowitz: No, they all share one.
------------
[Written text of what Steve is shouting rolls onto the screen as he speaks]
Steve Zissou: Encounter with highly abnormal shark-like fish! Ten meters in length! Irregular markings! I tagged it dorsally with a homing dart!
[shouts]
Steve Zissou: Esteban was eaten!
Klaus Daimler: Is he dead?
Steve Zissou: Esteban was eaten! Check the scanning monitor before it dives too deep!
Klaus Daimler: He was bitten?
Steve Zissou: Eaten!
Klaus Daimler: [shocked] He was swallowed whole?
Steve Zissou: No! *Chewed*!
Klaus Daimler: [to the camera] He's got hydrogen psychosis, the crazy-eye!
[camera zooms in on Steve's face - his eyes are dilated ridiculously large]
Klaus Daimler: Steve! They say you've got crazy-eye!
[to the camera]
Klaus Daimler: Get him out of the fucking water!
Steve Zissou: [shouting] Check the scanning monitor!
Klaus Daimler: Steve!
----------------------------
[Hennessey is playing poker with Filipinos who have kidnapped him and Zissou bursts into the room accidentally]
Alistair Hennessey: Steven, are you rescuing me?
[pause]
Alistair Hennessey: Fold.
[a pirate quickly shoots Hennessey in the chest, knocking him backwards in his chair and down to the floor - large gunfight begins]
--------------
lmfao, that last one is a priceless scene, You HAVE to see it

Pineapple Express was full of great stonerisms and ultimately a parody of good bad movies.
