Getting busted.

In Victoria Australia what would happen to you if a person was busted? Say two 1000 or 600W and a small mother room about 49 to 99 plants.

Without stealing power, doing one best to not associate or deal with gangsters and no weapons in the house what will a person face? What would a girlfriend face even if this person did it even if she didn't want him too?

Would it be a guarantee for deportation even if they had a spouse visa?


Can any of you who may have had the misfortune to have been busted share your story?

I hope this is a hypothetical situation you are talking about...I'll see if I can find any info on the penalties there
