What activities do you do to combat stress?

i actually play my drums. music always chears me up.stretching and slow deep breathing when im stressed so much that ill be in pain works well and not to mention a hot bath. usually this helps well with physical stress also.

deep breaths and count to 10!
sometimes i reverse it and go on a killer hike or cranking bike ride.
or retail therapy buying grow toys.

Pace up and down,smoke a pack of ciggies,drink a half of very dry Gin......

yo c-ray , i did not know you were a drummer. great for stress huh? beating the hell out of those skins. or just mellowing out and playing something soft like jazz or blues. how long you been playing? what kind of music? J.C.

been playing like 23 years, jazz and rock stuff, haven't played for a while but it is like riding a bike..I do play my tablas regularly now though
