...howdy y'all...i've been out and about for awhile...how 'bout you?..

...for quite some time now i have had issues with canada's involvement in afghanastan...i can not accept the logic...or...no one has been able to adequetly explain to me why we are there...

...this is my understanding...in 2001, planes smash into american buildings killing many innocents...osama is quickly made the culprit...intelligence tells us the the taliban, residing in afghanistan, are aware of osama's whereabouts and may be protecting him...global politics slowly rolls and in early 2003 america, along with canada, germany, england, plus others, decide to give the taliban an ultimatum...give up osama or else we bomb the shit out of you...

...now the taliban are apparently really evil, so when they ask the coalition of the willing for some evidence concerning osama's guilt...we scoff at them and say "give up osama or we bomb"...the taliban, being evil, state that any foriegn country wanting to extridite one of its citizens must provide evidence or else fuck off...wrong answer, apparently...

...so, in essence, the evil governing body of afghanistan, is bombed out of power because a citizen who wasn't even born there caused some major shit...who could have been taken into custody if only we had provided the taliban with evidence...but they are evil so they don't deserve that...imagine that tho...some guy who isn't even from your country gets your country bombed to shit...seems unfair...

...much killing goes on...american troops rush into holes in the mountain with guns blazing...no osama...fuck...america loses interest and moves on to bigger playing fields...the afghans still shoot at people they consider invaders...so, many troops still occupy afghanistan...imagine how you would react if foriegners took control of your government...true men would fight...

...unfortunately afghans have been raised in occupation and are ready to fight...afghans made russia flinch since the 70's...and that was without global watch dogs checking their every move...at the time russia could do whatever it wanted, international treaties be damned...they still went home with their tails between their legs...afghans ain't pussies...

...i have a nephew who has done three tours in afghanistan...during the first tour he wore a work belt with a hammer and nails...the second tour he drove a high ranking officer around and always wore a hand gun at his waist...the third tour he drive around in a armoured vehicle with orders of shoot to kill...and he has killed...multiple times...he has no idea what canada is doing there...

...officially canada is providing security to the construction of a road...what that road is for, he has no idea...but he does know that every kilometer of that road is making enemies cuz when orders say the road goes that way, thats all there is to it...even if that means running down someones home or crops...my nephew has seen it, entire lives ruined to keep the road straight...

...not only has my nephew plowed through farms he has burned thousands of acres of marijuana crops...this hurts me especially...i have talked to cops, while handcuffed, as they have destroyed my seasons work...they were very sympathetic...but i still cursed them...there is no moral legitimacy in burning marijuana crops...and i am forever a cops enemy...imagine how the afghan marijuana farmer feels...

...we are apart of the corporate wars in afghanistan and i still don't see why people support it...please...someone...explain to me what we are doing there...

Making money most presumedly. The taliban were put into power through US interventionism, along with Al Qaeda. This was deemed a necessary evil to stop the encroachment of socialism. Look here: http://coat.ncf.ca/Slides/3in1/001.htm

today I was subjected, on a bus, to one of the worst movies I have seen in my life, called 'flight 93'
looking forward to seeing the fountain, I owe my mind that
canada yes we could not afford the iraq vacation pack only the afghan one, politically and monetarily...I think our pride is low enough that we can jump ship`but I guess things are 'not secure enough' over there yet, and our big brother has not invaded iran yet, soon come though ...sadly there is not a good reason for any of it expect perhaps to justify the existence of our 'army'

Well, lets take heart in one of the positives that came out of the Nuremberg war trials; Namely, that no citizen, of any country, which produces in whole or in part, weapons of mass destruction, need, under the provisions of conscience, pay any taxes to their governmental body. The most important part of these Imperial escapades are the Idea's they bring forth: most conspicuously fear and the simpleminded thinking it provokes in the name of protection. They also signal the ebb of a civilizations tide. No longer do all roads lead into Rome. She has closed them in fear.

afghanistan is strategic ground that has been at the centre of trade routes for what seems like forever...we are there for strategic reasons driven by economics. the pipeline is but one manifestation.

Not to mention they are sitting on top of lots of copper. As afghanistan was invaded argentinas markets collapsed.

...tug...i still got a bag and a pipe for you...life has been busy, sorry...
...carnuba, c-ray, spacegrass...you see it too...

...what fucks me up is that i am aware that innocents are dying, and i abhor that...but what keeps me up at night is kin of mine burning marijuana crops...he has not burnt one opium field, which i can agree with...but fucking with fellow cultivars really hurts...peace be upon them...
