theres's the link, don't ask me. I'd rather see a more scientific article describing this discovery rather than one published for entertainment value as this one appears to be. But by alcohol, they are strictly talking vodka or gin here.

Edit: the ratio for 80 proof alcohol is 1 part alcohol to 7 parts water to acheive 5%. I believe 1 dose toward the end of veg and before flowering is all that is required.
Now please don't come looking for me if this kills your plants.

why were his plantys falling over?
yes definitely a CHO connection
yes he damaged the soil
alcohol always leads to stunts and was told i should not drink as a kid as it would stunt my growth
it's kinda stupid, i hate the source lol
i'm gonna try it.
