Unmarked Fed Car Parked In Front Of My House Yesterday!!!!

As some here may already know.............I have been fighting with a neighbor about a small legal norcal MMJ grow I have at My Mother's house.........

I have had the property vandalized, plants destroyed, barn broken into 3 times and the local Sheriff Dept. won't even return my phone calls.........!!!

Yesterday there was a unmarked "fed" lic. car parked in front of my house w/ a "suit" inside writing down info on paper...........

I am Calif. State legal,..but Feds don't recognise MMJ,...........

Any advise???????????

I hate to go against the grain and have you get yourself into a bad positiion, but I would think long and hard about pulling your garden unless you are in the 100 plus plant range. They may come and pull your plants or try to scare you, but think about how many people you personally know who have been prosecuted by the feds for a small garden and work outwards from there. ;)

Serious thought needs to be put into this one.Let this be a lesson for all of us to why we should get along with our neighbors.Its us that have to worry not them.Some folks are dicks and make it difficult,but its worth your while to try get along.

Well I would consult a lawyer that specializes in these things and possibly get your plant numebr down to a place where the feds would feel it isnt worth their time.

With the help of the lawyer you may be able to force the local police to do something, at least take a report, about your harrassment. Seems to me you need some discreet cameras and recording devices. Maybe even aim a few at your neighbors house. Then if something comes up that you can tie to him at the very least the threat of prosecution should get him off your back.

Your lawyer might suggest recording conversations with the neighbor and the police. Document every phone call and the response.

The right lawyer can make the difference in this situation.

PS get a dog or two. Not necessarily ones that bite but ones that get loud. Consult with your lawyer about any postings you may need to protect yourself if the dog attacks an intruder.

If it was me I'd pull the plants and dry elsewhere if possible. clean the house. see if you can buy a small plot up in the hills and grow there next year or something - damn I wish I was in Cali I'd be you're caregiver in a second.

If your plants are close to finishing, I would harvest a few and wait.... at least if the #s are low. If high #s, I would bring down the lot. Yeah bro getting a small hyperactive dog is a great idea. Also, you can get cheap cameras from radioshack or somethin. Even if they arent hooked up, they look real, and your neighbors wont mess with ya anymore if they see a cam or 2 in their face. Motion detector security lights are effective too. :) Make a sign that says please dont fuck with the sick or somethin like that and post it on your fence. Most importantly, make sure your #s are low enough to make you "not a social threat" in LEO's eyes. Better to harvest early than not at all. :)

Census workers come to the door, they don't sit outside for that long. Having said that, DEA agents also don't operate that way, especially in an obvious govt. vehicle. Perhaps INS is watching someone in your neighborhood? Or maybe Homeland Security is on to you and your support of al Qaida? :point:

As for advice? Smoke less Sativa and more Indica! While you're stoned ask yourself if the Feds are really interested in busting ONE medical user who is within State and County limits.

A lot of bad blood w/ this neighbor,........I've called the cops on him at least 6 times in the last 2 years...........the county LEO says I'm legal and no problem,.......the issue w/ the neighbor is he is angery because it is illegal per FED LAW.............

I appreciate the"serious" help and don't care for the "jokes" from those who thing this kind of shit is funny........????

I asked for it when I posted asking for advise.........I'll seek it elsewhere next time.....
