When I did my round with Silver Spice I had leaves that were some of the frostiest I have seen

Since I took in a relative for a roomate at the time (Wife Seperation) my smoking went down so I turned to trying making Tea

I emptied out tea bags and filled them up because I could not find my Tea Ball for herbs Tea Ball much better just sits in cup

It was enjoyable and calming after dinner
I even thru some in my coffee pot and let it sit in there for a while for Breakfast
Improved my coffee in the morning that is for sure

If you have any good leaf sitting around give it a try

I have made what I call 'stem tea'. After a harvest, save the stems in the freezer. When you are out of everything, like some of us do regularly *sigh*, pull out some of those stems and low boil them for about 10-15 minutes, add a teabag *red zinger is my fav :)* and let steep for a few minutes, add sweetner to taste and enjoy.

It's doesn't get ya really buzzed but is very relaxing at the end of a long day.

I grab a hand full leaf and stem toss it in a coffee grinder and mulch and use in tea, coffe and spaghetti sauce or baking.
Coffee grinder is a great way to break it down for food and drink consumption
