Sunshine Bx Q's

Just made the 90 mile round trip to pick up some needed supplies for this winter. My regular place was out of regular sunshine mix and all they had was the Bx. Also picked up some fresh rooting powder. Thought I was doing good, as the powder has a fungicide in it.
Question number one, has anyone used the Bx regularly, and if so, can you tell much difference?
Question number two, is the fungicide going to kill the beneficials before they even get going?
I'm going to write both companies and ask the same, but just wondering if anyone has real world experience.
I've used beneficials in the veggie garden with good results this year, and plan on using them inside this season as well. Will also ask the Sunshine folks about combining the two bene's as well.

BX is lower in perlite, just add more perite and you got HP

Sorry, its the Bx with Mycorise Pro. I thought all Bx had the Myco Pro.

I don't know for certain but I would imagine that using a fungicide and myco at the same time would be couner productive. If it doesnt kill it at the very least it will probably inhibit the spore germination and growth.

Hi crew,

I use "ProMix" BX w/mycorise. I add all my goodies before planting, especially more Perilite...it works great! :)

Contacted both companies and both said the same.
The fungicide will definitely kill the glomus intraradices spores.
I'll just save the new powder for other species of plants. I'll just use my old until the new gel gets here.
I am going to still use my old inoculum along with the Mycorise Pro.
Ya just gotta love fungus! From eating it to making it work for ya. It deserves much more respect:adore: .
