I know that Vick High was working on low light strains, ie; strains that produce excellent bud under low light conditions, anyone know if he continued to pursue this, or has anyone else done work on this?
It should be possible to find indicas that do well under low light, usually large leaved plants are genetically predisposed to low light conditions.
I would think finding a sativa strain would be much harder.

I've had a few low light level ones, but one that sticks in my head, is actually Vic's Chemo x Grapefruit cross. Put it in the corner, far away from the light, and it still produced greatly, compared to others in the same circumstance. I have a few seeds still, but at the moment, I'm working with his BDWW x C99 that he randomly made. Which is a NL x Haze cut(He wasn't quite sure) he got from cali, that was suppose to be a big producer, and he crossed it with his C99 male. So far, a pretty easy cross to work with, very similar to NL x Haze from Sensi in structure by the way. But it likes light, lol.;)

I run a 250 hps vert scrog and my best yielders have been Cherry Bomb II and Blue Widow. The CBII yielded just under 9z.

Not all tales are false..........I have a friend who gets about 3lbs per 1kw, and my other friend can get over 4lb per 1kw.................You just have to know what your doing..................The first guy is chemical hydro, the second is grows organic hydro....................Im hoping to apprentice both these fine gentlemen and pass on the secrets..........
