Well, it WAS the judge that said the child MUST comply. So, in effect, that was the State saying to the parents ... "You do not have jurisdiction over your child's life, and neither does your child. We, the State own your lives not you!"

You mean that you finally got it?
If any of you has ever dealt with children's services would know that your kids belong to the state.

I have on an occasion and that was told me by a judge in Family Court in California. I had to fight for 4 years in court over bullshit charges my sister-in-law laid on me to get back at me for not bending to her will.

I'm one person who knows the Family Court system like the back of my hand.

Its not about "just getting it." We "got" it a long time ago. That's what we've been posting about all these years. That's what Ayn Rand writes about ... just not in the same words that you're used to. The state does not own our persons, WE own our persons. When the state points a gun at your head and tells you that you MUST be altruistic by force ... they are in essence saying to you .. that THEY own your production and the mind from which the creativity came in order to produce.

And no this has nothing to do with Altruism. This has to do with the governemnt overstepping thier bounds.
