What is the best LEGAL download site. The cheapest also would be nice.
No file sharing for this guy. I dont need cops at my house because I didn't pay for music, and then have them find my other hobby.
thanks

And that makes it legal?
Can you burn them to cds?

Yes, I burn them to CDs with the program ArtisanBurner(free software) from zdnet.com.

Making copies of movies with your VHS is illegal, does that stop people from doing it?

I dont need the cops in my house because they traced me from downloading a song.
I just dont need that at all. I'd rather pay a little more and know I'm safe.

If I'm reading correct ALL downloads are illegal unless you pay a per song fee.
Is that correct?

When I took up this hobby I decided it best to not give the cops any reason to look into me for anything. Pretty boring huh?

have you checked out http://www.pandora.com/ ?

it is not a fileshare, but more like a radio station that lets you pick the songs or bands you like and it attempts to find other music you will like. great for broadening you musical horizons. Oh yeah, it's completely legal

If you like electronic music try http://themixingbowl.org/ It's a torrent site for free (and legal) mix sets.

Hon try ARES. It's free and legal to my knowledge. It's easy and quick.
