How to Clone?

I've got a decent size grow going and given the fact RM's genetics produced overwhelming number of males I thought I'd clip the strong one's for pollen production.

I've never done this so all input is welcome and appreciated...

How is cloning done?

What is the best cloning hormone?

Soil mix? anything special?

When making the cut do I just take a center where males balls are already showing? or?

I'm thinking of putting the clippings in qt sized containers..is this OK?

Since the ladies are outdoors I've got my little indoor grow room I can put these in until I'm ready to gather their gold...

For ease, I use Jiffy pellets, and Stim-Root#2 (yellow), and a 20/4 light cycle.
Cut at a 60 degree angle underwater, immediately dip in hormone, plant carefully, and gently squeeze the excess water out of the cube. Trim the tips of the leaves (1 cm) on the biggest oldest shade leaves (2 - 3 leaves).

100% on most, 90+ percent on all.
